Sandeep Motors Group has been engaged in Automobile business since 1990. With constant hard work and a strategy to delight customers, the group from a Rs 50 lacs turnover has moved to 750 crores today and with an employee Strength of only 4 to skilled 850.

Sandeep motors group currently deals with Ashok Leyland from 6 different 3s outlets in Bhilwara, Ajmer, Chittorgarh. We take pride in being the market leaders since last 15 years and are maintaining market share Of 53% in 2018-19, we were awarded with the highest award at Ashok Leyland “Dealer of the year 2018-19."
As well as, with Bajaj 2w in Bhilwara since 2003 maintaining market share of 22% which is 6 percent more than national and state average. In the current fiscal , we are the highest selling dealer in Rajasthan leaving behind the bigger towns.

The group ventured into car business with Hyundai dealership in 2010 and has been constantly excelling in all parameters. Currently we have 2 sales outlets in city and 1 rural outlet in addition to 3 workshops. We are maintaining 22% market share, Which is way above the state and national average of HMIL , Our CSI and SSI, also stand in the top category with a unique record of achieving 100% sales targets since inception.

In 2017 we started our journey with Ford India and currently hold a market share of 7 % which is more then double of ford India's National market share.
We have been very aggressive in the market with an ability to adapt efficiently to different situations and create a sustainable Business model in mutual success of our different principles.

SG Rathi: He is been instrumental to success of Sandeep Motors group, after finishing his college he as been engaged into automobile business ever since. He has a unique and diversified experience in the business with zeal to perform task with perfection .He is 73 and is the chairman of the group.

Sandeep Rathi: After completing his schooling at Mayo college Ajmer and graduation from symbiosis Pune, joined Sandeep Motors group for period of 2 years to understand business modalities. Further he did his MBA from Leeds university , UK and then worked with a consulting Company in UK for period of 2 years to return to business in 2001 since then ,he has been working to drive the growth story of Sandeep Motors. He believes In developing teams and giving them ownership to run business to deliver exceptional results to benefit mutually.

Krishna Rathi(Wife of Sandeep Rathi): She is been actively involved in the day-to day operations of the company. She did her MBA from NMIMS, has a unique and a very creative marketing mind . She is been instrumental on the service business development as well as engaging with employees to motivate and perform Better. Currently she is actively involved with group’s digital initiatives.

Sandeep Motors Pvt.ltd. is a well established company, serving in the automotive industry since 08th May 1991.
Serving through its branches at Bhilwara and Gulabpura (Hyundai).
Started working with Hyundai in 2011.
Started RSO at Gulabpura in 2016.
Achieved all the Sales and Service related target since inception of Hyundai.
